Product Overview
Celebrate the joy of friendship, the comfort of kindness, and the special people who lift our spirits with this delightful Angel Soup Vellum Quote Strip. Measuring approximately 3" x 8.5", this charming design features playful, whimsical typography and a heartwarming poem that perfectly captures the magic of friendship, laughter, and the little blessings that make life so wonderful.
This vellum strip features the delightful poem “Angel Soup” by Patsy Gaut, sharing a creative and uplifting recipe for happiness and friendship. The poem begins with the sweet sentiment “I'm fond of all my ANGEL friends, when my SPIRIT starts to droop. They cheer me up and make me laugh and we make some ANGEL SOUP.” From sprinkling gold dust and adding a pinch of tender care to mixing in angel kisses, shimmering stars, moonbeams, and blessings from above, this whimsical poem combines imagination with a heartfelt message of love and encouragement.
The playful recipe-style verses celebrate the importance of having special friends who brighten our days and lift our spirits when we need them most. The charming closing sentiment encourages us to gather our angel friends whenever we're feeling down and share a little laughter, love, and happiness. The combination of decorative black lettering, whimsical fonts, and creatively emphasized words such as “ANGEL,” “SPIRIT,” “STARS,” “LOVE,” and “SOUP” adds personality and visual interest to the design.
Printed on acid-free vellum, this translucent strip allows your photos and patterned papers to softly show through, adding layers and dimension without overpowering your design. Use it as a full overlay, a vertical journaling accent, or incorporate it into friendship albums, handmade cards, inspirational scrapbook pages, and other meaningful keepsakes. The classic black-and-white design coordinates beautifully with virtually any scrapbook paper collection or color palette.
