RESERVE YOUR TABLE:
- Just ONE PERSON in your group should reserve for your entire group.
- Give your name as the organizer plus all the names of those who you want at your table.
- Important: What venue is this for? Palm Springs, York, Grand Mound, or Fort Worth?
- If you don’t specify that you want a private table for your group, we will assume you are ok with making new friends.
- If you are coming alone, there are other singles we will sit you with.

WE WILL HOST AN AUCTION FOR CHARITY: If you would like to donate something toward the “Carly's Closet” auction, remember it does not have to be scrapbook related. Our auction space is limited so just one or two things per donation would be perfect. New or gently used items that are ready to be placed on the auction table would considerably help with setting up process of the auction.
We will have a store on site with limited items. To ensure you get what you want, please purchase specific items before the event.

Small flat basket or container to store small die cut pieces. Baggies are also an option for small pieces.
Bring a warm jacket in case the room is cold. It’s hard to adjust ac for the entire room. Bring your bikini in case the room is too hot!

Page Layout Contest (Turn in at registration)
Bring your favorite one or two page LO, any size, any theme, from home and enter this contest. Voting ends at 8:30 pm Friday evening and winners announced at 9 pm. Does not have to be QQ product.
SATURDAY NIGHT CONTEST (Turn in at event registration)
Altered Art/Mixed Media Contest
Bring a project that you have done at home. Altered art in any form can be used from any company you choose. Things that are pre-designed kit projects and are not your original design are fine, although the votes tend to go to original ideas and projects. Winners announced after 8:30 pm Saturday evening. Does not have to be QQ product.
Classes included in tuition:
FREE Make n Takes
20 page Album: Saturday 9-5.
4 classes: Sunday 9-3
Two catered lunches.
Two crop parties until midnight Fri and Sat.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Friday:
- 9-10am: Check in for 10:00 bonus class.
- If you are not taking the 10am bonus class, check in for the weekend for anyone not taking the first bonus class begins after the 10am bonus class begins.
- You may save seats for the weekend if you are there before your table mates, but it is advised to reserve a seat ahead of time to ensure you get a space for you and your group. Email Patsy at patsy@shopquickquotes.com with names or your group and venue you will be attending.
Friday Bonus Classes: (Extra Fee)
- 10am: FOLLOW YOUR INNER COMPASS 2 Double Page LO (4 pages) $29.00
- 11:30am: PATHS FULL OF JOY 2 Double Page LO (4 pages) $29.00
- 1:00pm: LET YOUR DREAMS SOAR 2 Double Page LO (4 pages) $29.00
- 3:00pm: SWEET SUMMER TIME 2 Double Page LO (4 pages) $29.00
- People will be taking bonus classes all throughout the day on Friday. If you are not taking the classes remember that those who are will need to be able to hear so if we can visit quietly it will be appreciated by those taking the class.
- 11am Store opens for shopping.
- 10am-5pm Check in for the weekend
- 11am-9pm Free Make n Takes. Friday only.
7pm FRIDAY: Official start time for Private Reserve.
7pm-12am: Kick off crop, contests, games, welcome gifts, prizes.
We will make a 20 minute project, along with other Friday evening festivities. The latter part of the evening you can crop on your own projects or there will be kits for purchase. Any organized activities or prize giveaways for the day will end around 9pm. The rest of the evening is yours to work on your own projects or go to bed early.
SATURDAY:
9am -5pm Album class and one hour lunch 11:30am (included in tuition)
7pm -12am Video, contests, games, auction, giveaways, crop, prizes.
Be back from dinner by 7pm to get in line for goodies!
SUNDAY: 9am -3pm Classes, lunch included 11:30am, farewell and grand prizes.

If you are planning to put your photos into your finished pages, check the website for the colors in the album and bonus classes. Most people add photos after they get home but if you want to bring photos for album or bonus classes, check out the website for pictures of paper colors that will be used. Bring an assortment of 4x6 portrait and landscape photos along with assorted photos for smaller spaces.
We always play a rousing game of LEFT RIGHT CENTER. Bring (3) ONE DOLLAR BILLS to play at the dollar table.
Just for fun, we will also host one 5.00 table. Upping the ante! This should be fun and one lucky winner could hit it big! So bring (3) FIVE DOLLAR BILLS if you feel lucky and want to play this high stakes game! Good luck!
