Charity Auction: Saturday night we will host an auction for our charity, “Coats for Kids”. We would love it if you could bring an item for the auction. It does not have to be scrapbook related and can be turned in when you register at the beginning of the weekend.

- The person emailing me will be the “Table Host”. Just the table hosts name will appear on each reserved space. If you have 5 people at your table, the hosts name will appear 5 times on that table.
- Let me know how many in your party.
- Please designate that you are the host and also give me the names of the others at your table.
- Please have only one person from your group reserve your table for all in your group to prevent double reservations and leaving a table sitting empty because two of you booked it.
- Make sure you get a confirmation email from me so you know we got your message. I will be out of the office until the end of July and I will send out confirmation emails for your seat reservation at the beginning of August.
- If it is important to you to have just your group at your table, even if it is only 2, I need to know that. Let us know if you are a single, we will sit you with other singles.
- We will do the best we can to accommodate all requests and have names at tables before you arrive.
- Reserving a table is optional but recommended.

Contests and Rules: Contests are optional. All entries allowed except projects that have won at previous QQ events. If not a winner with a previous project, you can enter that project again. It is not required to use QQ product on any of the projects.
Friday Night Contests (Turn in at registration. Winners announced Friday eve.)
- Altered Art/ Mixed Media: Bring a project you have done at home. Altered art in any form can be used from any company you choose. Pre-designed kit projects that are not your original design are fine, although the votes tend to go to original ideas and projects. May enter more than once.
- Page Layouts: Bring your favorite one or two page LO, any size, any theme, from home. May enter more than once.
Saturday Night Contest (Turn in at registration. Winners announced Saturday eve)
- Cards: Handmade cards of any size or theme. Can be just one card or sets of cards displayed in one entry. May enter more than once.
- Round Wood Home Decor Design Contest Winner Gets a $75 QQ Gift Card: Pre-order or purchase at event. $15. There will be a limited amount for purchase at the event so order ahead of time and finish at home to bring with you. What you get: Round board, paper, and lots of diecuts and embellishments. You can choose any pieces from the kit to embellish your board and you may add things or paper from your own stash. (Kit value $25) 1st Place Winner will receive a $75 online gift certificate for this contest. Plus prizes for the second and third place winners. Join the fun and create a masterpiece for this contest!
Schedule of Events
Friday 9-10am: Check in for 10am Bonus Class only.
If you are not taking the 10am bonus class, check in for all other classes and the weekend begins after 10am Friday. You may save seats if you are there before your table mates if you have not reserved a table. Find your table and enjoy your day
Friday 10am-5pm Bonus Classes: Bonus Classes are an extra fee. Go to our website www.shopquickquotes.com to add on Bonus Classes. Click on your event location and “3 Day Event In Person” and then “In-Person Add Ons”

- Scissors
- Tape runner and refills

- Pop dots and glue dots
- Glue Pen (small or med.)
- 12” Paper trimmer
- Corner rounder (Optional)
- Wet wipes
- Liquid glue like Bearly Art Glue (wet glue that doesn’t warp your paper)
- Optional Small flat basket or container to store small die cut pieces.
- Baggies are also an option for small pieces. Giant size baggies that are bigger than the gallon size are also good for storing 12x12” unfinished pages.
- Bring layers like a sweatshirt or warm jacket in case the room is hard to adjust ac for the entire room.

Photo sizes for album: Bringing photos for album is optional. All projects can be completed without photos and can be added at home. Color scheme for album is soft blues, yellows, peach, reds, blues, greens.
