It takes approximately 1-2 business days for an order to leave our warehouse. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery within the United States.
You should receive an email with tracking when it ships.
Please allow 10 days for your package to arrive before contacting us to check on shipments. This does not include orders with items marked for PREORDER.
For any order discrepancies you must contact us within 12 days of tracking saying delivered to get the issue corrected.
