Welcome to Quick Quotes New Website
Starting Wednesday, December 16th, Quick Quotes Scrapbook Company will have a new web store. Being that over 50% of our customers shop on their mobile devices, we have made this new change to transition to a more mobile friendly web presence. As with all new things, please be patient with us as we come across glitches in this transition period.
Our web designer, Jon , has done his best to make this an easy transition. He has imported all Volusion accounts to this new web store. If you were an existing Club Q member, that also is in the new website. If someone was missed, please contact us so we can upgrade your account.
All accounts will have to create a new password. On the top right of the website you will see a person icon. Click on this to log into your account.
You will be taken to the Sign In page. If you are a new customer feel free to create an account. If you already had an account with us before this change, just enter your email address and old password like the image above.
You will get a notification that you must reset your password before you log in again. You will be getting an email with instructions and link to reset your password.
The email will be coming from Quick Quotes Scrapbook Company. If you do not receive this email, it might be becuase your email is wrong in the account. Contact us and we can correct and update this for you.
The link in the email will take you back to our website so you can create a new password. After your account is updated, you can enjoy shopping at our new web site.
With a new website comes some new changes. If you click the top left "SHOP" button, you will see all of our categories.
Our Club Q and future event pages will now be located in the same web page. You can just click on the top right to see these pages.
If you are a Club Q member, once you sign in you will see your Club Q pricing and qualify for Club Q member shipping. You no longer need to put in a code for Club Q Shipping. This option will automatically show for you if your account has been upgraded to a Club Q member account. If you are a Club Q member and do not see Club Q pricing or Club Q shipping please email us so we can upgrade your account.
Once you get to the checkout page you will see a Free Shipping option. Click this option and it will remove the shipping charge, process your payment and mark it to be held to ship with your next kit. If you don't see the "Free Shipping" option, you need to contact us to make sure your web store customer account is set as "Club Q". If you skip your monthly kit your order will be shipped right away and you will be charged shipping
Thank you for being a valued customer and we hope this new website suits our customers better. Please feel free to email us with any concerns or questions. Please be patient with us, as with new changes can also come some new problems. We have tried our best to find and resolve problems before launching a new site, but we can not know if anything was missed until we go live.
